I am a friend of faucet sites to add any Satoshi or altcoins to the portfolio.

After the bull run smashes one ATH after another in Bitcoin, the distribution of faucets is becoming less and less lucrative. At the moment, the payout on my most lucrative Faucet site bonusbitcoin is only 2 Sat for every 15 min.
Much too little to be lucrative for the providers in the long run. It is therefore understandable that they will pull the ripcord sooner or later.
Specifically, this concerns the faucet portal Coinpot, which announced in its latest news of 15 January that it will discontinue the entire service in the next few weeks.

This marks the end of a long-standing era with the longest-running faucet portal in the crypto world that I know of. :(

The question that then arises is whether this is only the beginning and whether further closures will follow...
