Syrup cake with chocolate chips – Mirmigato Foodbook #766

Good morning my friends, is the first time I create this and I must say is amazing Is also easy, be my guest to do the preparation together

 

Ingredients

Dough:
6 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 sachet of baking powder
2 vanilla
125 g margarine
1/2 cup truffle
Syrup:
3 cups sugar
3 cups water
Orange zest

Topping:
7 tablespoons sugar
125 g margarine
4 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons cornflour
1 glass of water
1/2 glass of milk

 

Preparation

Beat the butter with the sugar then add all the other ingredients of the dough and beat lightly.
Bake at 180 degrees and as soon as it cools, syrup it with the hot syrup, if the syrup boils, it takes about 8-9 minutes to set.
Put the margarine in a saucepan to heat the coating and in a bowl mix all the other ingredients of the coating and add them to the saucepan and stir constantly until it thickens and pour it over the cake.
We throw what is left of the truffle sachet on the dessert.

I baked it in a 26 cm pan at 175 degrees Celsius with air at 155 degrees for about 40 minutes!
