Good morning my friends, a classic lovely food for today with the best ingredients!!!! Let’s do this together step by step

 

Ingredients

1 pack of cannelloni

For the sauce:
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, mashed
2 cups tomato juice
3 tbsp. ketchup with balsamic vinegar Kalamata Papadimitriou
½ κ.γ. sugar
1 kg paprika
1 bay leaf
Or Mr. oregano
salt at will
pepper at will

For the filling:
4 tbsp. olive oil
700 gr. ground beef
1 cup red wine, dry
2 medium onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
400 gr. crushed tomato
1 tbsp. tomato paste
2 bay leaves
Or allspice, powder
¼ κ.γ. cinnamon
1 kg salt
freshly ground pepper at will
2 cups cheese, grated
1 tbsp. parsley

 


Preparation

For the sauce:
Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes.
Add the tomato juice, sugar, paprika, bay leaf, oregano, salt, pepper and mix.
Boil and then cook on low heat for about 15 minutes, until the sauce sets. Remove the bay leaf and set aside.

For the filling:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Put the olive oil in a large pan and once it burns, add the minced meat. Saute the minced meat until it changes color and starts to cook. Quench with the wine and wait for the alcohol to evaporate.
Add the onion, garlic and stir until soft. Add the crushed tomatoes, the tomato paste, the bay leaves, the allspice, the cinnamon, salt and pepper, mix and add as much water as needed to cover the minced meat.
Lower the heat and cook for 20-30 minutes, until the liquids are saved. Remove from the heat, sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese, parsley and leave the minced meat aside to cool slightly.
With a spoon, fill the cannelloni one by one and place them evenly in the pan, which we have already oiled.
Pour the tomato sauce on top and if necessary extra water, so that the cannelloni are completely covered.
Pour the remaining cheese, cover with foil, put in the oven and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes, so that their surface is slightly crispy. Remove from the oven and let the food cool for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
