Good morning my friends and happy Sunday, great side food option for today that you should try . Let me help you create this



3 sweet potatoes, washed thoroughly
100 g butter, cut into cubes
40 g maple syrup

To serve
butter, cut into cubes
maple syrup
thyme, fresh



Preheat oven to 180* C (360* F) Fan.
Pierce the sweet potatoes with a fork, all over.
Transfer to a baking pan lined with parchment paper and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for about 1 – 1 ½ hours, depending on their size.
When ready, remove the sweet potatoes from the pan.
While they are still hot, cut them in half and scoop out all of their flesh with a spoon.
Transfer flesh from all three sweet potatoes to a bowl.
In a food processor, add the sweet potato flesh, maple syrup, salt, pepper and butter.
Beat until all of the ingredients are completely combined and the puree becomes nice and smooth.
To serve, add some cubes of butter, drizzle with some maple syrup and sprinkle with some fresh thyme.
