Good morning my friends, a lovely food for today that everyone ask for it all the time . Let’s do this together step by step

Ingredients

1 double chicken breast fillet, cut into thick strips
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 full etc. mixture of spices for chicken
a pinch of salt

For the sauce
1 shot of honey
juice and zest of 2 lemons (or lime)
a little oregano
1 tbsp. mustard

Preparation

Heat a non-stick pan well over high heat. Once warm, add the oil and add the chicken with a little salt and spice mixture.

Let it cook well and brown on both sides, but without drying out and losing its taste. It takes about 2'-3 'on each side.

In a glass, mix all the ingredients of the sauce well, making sure that the honey melts well. Pour the sauce in the pan and wait around 2 ', on high heat, until it sets and becomes like liquid candy.

Serve with white basmati rice.

Tip

Honey can be made into petimezi or any syrup from a dessert spoon. The taste of the fruit gives a wonderful aroma to the chicken.

Stay safe and healthy my friends and take care of your people

My best wishes from Greece
