Good morning my friends and happy week, today I create octopus with a different way of cooking and I must say this was the best option . It was super delicious. Let’s create this recipe together


Ingredients

1 large octopus
1 cup vinegar
Or a cup of oil
Salt
Oregano

 

Preparation

The octopus you buy must be well beaten.
Wash the octopus well and put it in a wide pot with a little water, vinegar and salt.
Cover the pot and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring frequently, until well softened.
Take it out, leave it to cool and take out its skin to remain white. Cut it into slices, put it on a plate and pour over it with oil oregano.
