Good morning my friends and happy weekend, let's create some delicious meal for today that we will be in love . Let’s do this together


Ingredients

10 crust sheets (450 gr.)
200 ml fresh milk
2 eggs
salt, freshly ground pepper
50 ml olive oil for spreading
For the filling

300 ml fresh milk
500 gr. cheese, coarsely grated
2 eggs
salt, freshly ground pepper

 

Preparation

Filling

Pour the milk into a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, until it starts to foam.
Add the cheese and freshly ground pepper and stir until melted.
Remove, cover the cream with a transparent film, so that it touches the surface so as not to create a skin, and leave for about 5 minutes, to cool.
Add the eggs and a little salt and mix.
Pie

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C and grease the pan with a little olive oil.
Lay 5 of the leaves in the pan, oiling each one separately, in such a way as to cover the bottom and the walls.
Empty the filling, spread it evenly and cover with the remaining 5 leaves, smearing each one separately with a little olive oil.
We turn inwards the edges of the leaves of the base, twisting them with our fingers to create a beautiful shape (like a string).
Brush the surface of the pie well with olive oil and carve it deep into pieces. Our knife should reach at least to the middle of the pie.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and salt and pepper for 1-2 minutes, until fluffy.
Pour the pie evenly and let it absorb for 10 minutes.
Bake for about 1 hour on the low shelf of the oven, until golden brown but also baked from below. Check by carefully lifting the edge of the pie with a spatula. (Cover with foil, if necessary.)
Unbake, let the pie cool a bit and become lukewarm, and serve.
