350 gr. chicken, diced

110 gr. cream cheese

50 gr. sun-dried tomatoes, cut into thin vertical slices

8 slices of bacon



Olive oil


Yogurt, strained for serving

Rocket, for serving




In a bowl, pour the chicken, a little olive oil, season with salt and pepper and mix by hand wearing disposable gloves.

Then, spread a slice of bacon on the workbench, at the bottom add a chicken cube, a little cream cheese, a few slices of sun-dried tomatoes and roll, so that the chicken bacon closes well.
Then, place the chicken bacon in an oven pan, in which we have applied oil paste and the fold is on top. Insert a toothpick in each piece, so that it does not open.
Repeat the same process for the remaining chicken and bacon pieces.
Finally, bake the chicken bacon in a preheated oven at 180 ° C in the air for 15-20 minutes.
Once it is ready, remove the chicken bacon from the oven and serve with yogurt and arugula.
