Good morning my friends and happy weekend, let's eat a little bit different meatballs today from Cyprus. Follow me


Ingredients

1 kg of minced pork
2 large dried onions, finely chopped
400 gr. potatoes, grated and squeezed
1 egg
1/2 bunch parsley, finely chopped
1/2 bunch mint, finely chopped
2 teaspoons soup red wine vinegar
50 ml olive oil
salt, freshly ground pepper
olive oil, for frying


Preparation

In a pan, sauté the onions in the measured oil, on low heat, for 4-5 minutes.
Pour into a bowl with the oil and leave to cool a bit.
Add the minced meat, potatoes, egg, spices, vinegar, salt and pepper, knead well and shape into oval meatballs.
Pour oil in a deep pan until it reaches 2/3 of the pan and fry the meatballs in portions, over high heat, until golden brown.
Drain them and serve with oatmeal.
