Ingredients


300ml milk
150ml sunflower oil
1 sachet of dry yeast
1 egg
2 teaspoons sugar soup
1 teaspoon salt
flour g.o.x around
700gr.
some evaporated milk
feta cheese, cheese, sausages for the filling.

Preparation

Dissolve the yeast and sugar in lukewarm milk. I add all the other ingredients except the flour and mix .. From the egg I use only the egg white and I keep the yolk for the spread ..

I slowly add the flour and knead until I have a soft dough that does not stick .. I cover it and leave it for an hour. Then I divide it into pieces and leave it for another half an hour ..

I open my dough and fill it with whatever filling I like. Spread with the yolk and a little evaporated .. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 35-40 minutes.
