Good morning my friends and happy weekend , let's do this weekend more sweet with a very nice alternative dessert.
Let’s do this together step by step


Ingredients

1 cup of brown glazed rice or carolina
4 cups of coffee water
1 pinch of salt
500ml milk
2-3 tablespoons sugar
zest of a lemon
2 teaspoons corn flour soup
grated cinnamon

 

Preparation

Put water, rice and salt in a saucepan. Put it on the fire to simmer until it drinks water and the rice softens.

Then dissolve the corn flour in the milk and add it to the rice. Add the sugar, lemon zest and stir.

Continue cooking, stirring with a whisk until it boils and the rice pudding thickens.

When the rice pudding thickens, divide it into low glasses or bowls and let it cool completely before putting it in the fridge. Serve sprinkled with cinnamon.
