Good morning my friends, today I tried this traditional salad from Russia/Romania for first time and I found it extremely delicious and also easy . I call you try it with me

 

Ingredients

Calf ½ kg. meat
Carrot 1 kg.
Celery 2-3 sprigs
Parsley ½ kg.
Potatoes 1 kg.
Peas 300 gr. canned food
Pickled cucumber ½ kg.
Mayonnaise 250 gr. homemade
Salt
Pepper


Preparation


Boil the meat for a while.
We throw the first water. Refill the pot and cook the meat for 15-20 minutes.
Then add the potatoes and carrots, peeled and whole. When they are ready, finely chop the meat and cut the vegetables and cucumbers into cubes. Finely chop the parsley. We do not put celery in the salad, only in boiling.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper.
Finally add the homemade mayonnaise and mix well.
