Ingredients
450 gr. flour, g.o.x. and sifted
240 ml of water
240 ml milk, whole
15 gr. yeast, dry
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 kg salt
4 tbsp. olive oil
Sunflower oil, for frying
Preparation

Pour the water, sugar, milk, yeast into a large bowl and mix with a hand whisk until the yeast dissolves.

Then, add the remaining ingredients in portions and continue mixing, until the mixture is homogeneous.

Then wrap the bowl with cling film and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour.

Then, pour the sunflower oil in a deep pan and heat it over medium to high heat.

Then, we take the porridge with our hands and pressing it lightly, so that it passes between the thumb and the index finger, we take a dessert spoon and fry it on all sides until they get a golden color.

Once they are ready, take out the donuts with a slotted spoon and put them on a plate with absorbent paper, so that the oil drains.

Finally, serve the donuts, pouring honey over them and sprinkling them with sesame seeds.
