Ingredients

1400 gr. potatoes, peeled and diced

2 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped

1 tbsp. dill, finely chopped

1 tbsp. mustard

10 mint leaves, finely chopped

100gr. Toast, grated

3 tbsp. olive oil

 

Breading ingredients:

300 gr. flour g.o.x.

Salt

Pepper

Sunflower oil, for frying

 


Preparation

Put a large pot with enough water on high heat and let it boil.

Once it boils, add the potatoes and cook until completely softened.

When they are ready, strain them and empty them into a large bowl.

We leave them for 5 'to get most of their moisture.

‘Then we mash them with the special utensil for puree or with a fork and we add in the parsley, the dill, the mustard, the mint leaves, the olive oil and the toast.

Season with salt and pepper and mix well with your hands.

Shape into balls weighing about 30gr. and place them on a plate. At the same time in a bowl we empty the flour and leave it aside.

Then, put a pot with enough sunflower oil on medium heat and let it burn.

We take the potato meatballs and bread them by passing them through the flour.

Fry until they get a golden color and are cooked through.

Once they are ready, place them on a plate with absorbent paper and serve hot.
