Good morning my friends, today I got a very different bread that everyone loves specially kids in house .
Wanna create this??? Let me help you

Ingredients

500 gr. flour, g.o.x.

120 ml water, lukewarm

110 gr. honey

60 ml milk, lukewarm

9 gr. yeast, dry

2 eggs, medium

2 tbsp. butter, melted

1 + ½ etc. salt

1 egg yolk, diluted with water for spreading

Sesame

Preparation

1
Pour the water and honey into a saucepan, transfer it to a low heat and heat them slightly (until our finger can withstand the temperature).

2
Then, remove the pot from the heat, pour in the yeast, stir with a hand whisk and leave the yeast to activate for 5 minutes.
3
At the same time, in another bowl we empty the milk, the butter, the eggs and we beat them with a hand wire, until they are homogenized. Once they are ready, set them aside.
4
Then, add the flour, salt, the mixture with the yeast, the mixture with the milk to the bucket of the mixer and knead for 5 minutes with the hook on medium to low speed.
5
Once it is ready, transfer the dough to an oiled bowl, cover with cling film and let it rise for 1 hour.
6
After it rises, cut the dough into 16 equal balls, take 2 round cake tins 20cm in diameter, which we have buttered, and place 8 balls in each daisy-shaped tin.
7
Then, spread the diluted yolk on the breads, sprinkle with sesame seeds, cover them with a film and leave them to rise for another 1 hour.
8
Then bake the breads in a preheated oven at 190 ° C in air for 20-25 minutes.
9
Once they are ready, let the breads cool slightly, unmold and serve.

Stay safe and healthy my friends and take care of your people

My best wishes from Greece
