Ingredients

for the dough

400 gr. flour for all uses
1 kg baking powder (cut)
¼ κ.γ. salt
90 ml sunflower oil
70 ml olive oil
zest of 1 small orange
90 ml fresh orange juice
1 kg vanilla extract
1 tbsp. brandy or brandy or orange liqueur
80 gr. Brown sugar


Filling ingredients

1 jar of orange jam (290 gr.)
3-4 tbsp. water

 

Preparation


1) Prepare the dough. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt.

2) In another large bowl, mix the sunflower oil, the olive oil, the zest and the orange juice, the alcohol of our choice and the sugar, until it dissolves.

3) Add the mixture with the flour, mixing first with a ladle and then with your hand, until you have a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Put the bowl in the fridge for 15 minutes.

4) Prepare the filling. In a bowl, mix the Eden orange jam well with the water, to make it more fluid and leave it aside.

5) We take the ⅔ of the dough and open it with a rolling pin between two pieces of oil paste (using if you need a little extra flour), so that it fits in our tartiera and rises on the walls.

6) Transfer it to the lightly oiled tart dish, apply it well to the base and its walls and pierce its surface with a fork.

7) Spread the jam mixture over the entire surface of the dough.

8) Open the rest of the dough between the grease guns and cut strips with a knife. Place them crosswise on the jam mixture and press the edges to join the base dough.

9) Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C in the air, for about 40-45 minutes or until the dough is well golden. Allow the flora paste to come to room temperature (at least 2 hours) and serve.
