Good morning my friends, today I represent to you one of my favorite side dishes that everyone should try , follow the easy recipe

 

Ingredients

10 oblong peppers (5 red and 5 green)
1 large grated tomato
1/3 cup olive oil
1 sc. garlic (mashed)
1/2 tbsp. dried oregano
1/2 tbsp. dried mint
a little salt


For the filling

400 grams feta cheese
150 grams. ripe spicy gruyere (grated)
1 chopped tomato
plenty of paprika
a little salt
plenty of freshly ground pepper


Preparation

Starting the peppers stuffed with cheese,
wash and dry the peppers. Carve lengthwise and carefully remove membranes and seeds. For the peppers stuffed with cheese we will use a 24 × 34cm pan,

Mix the grated tomato with the garlic, oregano, a little salt and half the olive oil.
Put them in the pan.
Prepare the filling for the peppers stuffed with feta.
In a bowl, mix all the filling ingredients.
Fill the peppers with a small spoon and put them alternately in the pan on the tomato sauce for the peppers stuffed with feta
Pour over the remaining olive oil and bake in a preheated oven in the air at 180 ° C on the middle grill for 30΄ to brown the peppers.
Serve hot or cold. No matter how you eat them, the peppers stuffed with cheese are a pure pleasure and will drive you crazy!
