Good morning my friends and happy week, when I want to celebrate something kontosouvli like this is always my first option

Ingredients

For the marinade:
1 clove garlic
1 kg dried oregano
Or green pepper
½ onion
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. water
1 kg paprika
salt
pepper, freshly ground

For the kontosouvli:
800 gr. pork (shoulder), cut into large pieces
Or green pepper, chopped
Or onion, sliced
Or tomato, sliced
1-1.5 kg potatoes, sliced
1 large wooden skewer

Preparation

In a bowl place the pork, cut into large pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add a pinch of oregano.

In a blender, add all the marinade ingredients and mix.

Pour the mixture into the bowl with the pork. Cover with foil and put the bowl in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

Soak the wooden skewer in a little water and pass the pieces of pork on the skewer. Between the pieces of meat, add slices of onion, pepper and tomato.

Place the kontosouvli in a large pan, add the potatoes and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add 4 tbsp. olive oil, 1/2 glass of water and sprinkle with a good pinch of oregano.

Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 80 minutes. After 60 minutes, remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes, until crispy, turning it over halfway through the year.
