Good morning my friends and merry Christmas, a super food for today that I am trying to cook it for a very first time , be my guest and try this with me

 

Ingredients

1 kg cuttlefish, cleaned and cut into chunks

1 kg of spinach, fresh, cleaned

600 ml broth, vegetables

50 ml wine, white

1 bunch of spring onions, finely chopped

1 onion, dried, finely chopped

1 bunch of dill, finely chopped

1 kg oregano

¼ κ.γ. cumin

Juice and zest of 1 lemon

Salt

Pepper

Olive oil

 


Preparation

Put a deep pot on medium to high heat and let it heat up. Once warm, add a little olive oil, onions and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.

Add the cuttlefish and sauté for another 2 to 3 minutes.

Quench with the wine, let the alcohol evaporate, add the broth, salt and pepper, add the cumin, oregano, juice and zest of the lemon and simmer for 35 to 40 minutes.

For the last 15 to 20 minutes, add the dill together with the spinach and let it boil until most of the liquids evaporate and the sauce sets slightly.

Serve the cuttlefish hot.
