Ingredients

240 ml white wine

120 ml olive oil

5 potatoes

4 pork chops

2 lemons, their juice

2 tbsp. mustard, soft

2 tbsp. oregano

1 sc. garlic

Salt

Pepper

 

Preparation


Put the mustard in a small bowl and then add the olive oil slowly, stirring until dissolved.

In a pan that can hold the steaks, pour the wine, the olive oil with the mustard, the garlic after first cutting it into thin slices, the oregano and the lemon juice.

Salt the steaks well and put them in the mixture for at least 2 hours. During this time, place the utensil with the steaks in the refrigerator.

Once this time has elapsed, preheat the oven to 220 ° C. At the same time, peel and cut the potatoes.

Transfer the steaks and potatoes to a baking sheet along with the entire marinade and cover with foil. Drill a few holes with a knife and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

Then, lower the temperature to 170 ° C, uncover the pan and bake for another 30 minutes.

In the middle of this time, we turn the steaks over once to get color on the other side as well.
