Good morning my friends and happy Sunday, this food is always my number 1 option for a classic family dinner . Easy fast and delicious, everyone loves it .


Ingredients for the burgers

600 gr. minced meat (70% beef, 30% pork)
1 small onion, finely chopped
40 gr. breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
½ κ.γ. oregano
Salt & Freshly ground pepper

Ingredients for potatoes

800 gr. potatoes
juice of 1 lemon
juice of 1 orange
½ κ.σ. mustard
olive oil
oregano
Salt & Freshly ground pepper


Preparation


1) Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into small pieces of the same size and place them in a pan. Preheat the oven to 180oC.

2) Sprinkle the potatoes with salt, freshly ground pepper and oregano. Sprinkle with olive oil, to go everywhere.

3) In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, the orange juice and the mustard. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and mix gently, so that the ingredients come together.

4) Put the pan with the potatoes in the oven and bake them for about 50 minutes at 180oC.

5) Meanwhile, put the minced meat, salt and freshly ground pepper, oregano, olive oil, toast, egg, vinegar, parsley and onion in a bowl and knead with your hands for 5 minutes, so that the ingredients come together well. . Put the minced meat in the fridge for 30 minutes.

6) Remove the pan with the potatoes from the oven and place the burgers on the potatoes.

7) Raise the temperature to 200oC and bake the burgers with the potatoes for 25-30 minutes.
