Ingredients
600 gr. ground beef from porridge
200 gr. minced pork from leg
1 large onion, grated
2 cloves garlic, mashed
1 egg
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
Or a bunch of parsley, finely chopped
3 tbsp. toast
1 tbsp. salt
½ κ.γ. black pepper
½ κ.γ. oregano
½ κ.γ. cumin
4-5 large potatoes cut into slices 2-3 cm.
1 Florin pepper
1 horn pepper, sliced (optional)
3 ripe tomatoes, grated
1 sliced tomato
½ φλιτζ. τσαγ. olive oil
Preparation
In a large bowl put the minced meat, the grated onion, the garlic, the egg, the toast, the parmesan, the parsley, the salt, the pepper, the cumin, the oregano and the olive oil. Knead very well and leave the bowl covered with cling film in the refrigerator for at least an hour to "bind" the mixture.
Peel a squash, grate it and salt it. Boil them in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Take them out with a slotted spoon and leave them to cool. Grate the 3 tomatoes in the multi together with the Florin pepper and cut another tomato into slices.
Shape the minced meat into burgers by dipping our hands in a little olive oil and start placing them in a pan alternately, meatball - potato. Add the peppers somewhere between the burgers and the potatoes, put the tomato slices and pour over the grated tomatoes and peppers.
Add a little olive oil, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and salt. At the end put a cup of lukewarm water. Bake in a preheated oven at 180o C up and down for about 45-50 minutes (depending on our oven).
