Good morning my friends and happy weekend with delicious cheese pie.Let’s create this amazing thing together

Ingredients

For the cheese pie with puff pastry

12 pcs. puff pastry cut 10 * 15cm.
420 gr. stuffing
beaten egg
uncooked sesame

For the filling

150 gr. feta, grated
65 gr. cream cheese, grated
65 gr. manouri, grated
50 gr. whipping cream
70 gr. eggs, about 2
45 gr. gruyere, grated
3 gr. salt
black pepper, fresh, grated

Preparation

For the cheese pie with puff pastry

On the workbench, spread the puff pastry sheets in pairs. Add 70 gr. filling in the center of the six sheets. Spoon the filling, leaving a very small gap of 1 to 2 cm from the edges of each puff pastry sheet. Using a brush, spread the egg on the edges of the puff pastry with the filling. Place the remaining six sheets of puff pastry on top of the sheets with the filling and lightly press the edges together. Spread with the egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Pierce the upper surface of the puff pastry with a fork. Place the cheesecakes in a non-stick pan and bake in a preheated oven at 190C in the air for 15 to 20 minutes, until they turn a nice blonde color, the cheesecakes swell and become crispy.

Tips

* be careful not to overdo the cheesecakes and the filling will burst through the sheet.

** we can make the cheese pies and store them in the freezer. Defrost and follow the baking instructions of the recipe.

For the filling

In a bowl, beat the eggs until smooth. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well until smooth.
