Good morning my friends, and this will be a good morning with the king of all desserts , a delicious and east chocolate pie !!! Let’s create this together as always

 

Ingredients

For the cake

200 g flour g.o.h.
200 g sugar
3 medium eggs
100 g cocoa powder
150 g milk
70 g of sunflower oil
1 kc baking powder
1 pinch of salt
2 vanillins
Grate 1 orange

For the syrup

400 g of water
400 g sugar
1 cup orange juice

For the icing

200 g milk couverture
100 g of hot milk

form 30x20 cm.

Preparation


Put the eggs and sugar in a glass bowl and beat with a whisk for 1 minute.
Add the cocoa powder and continue to stir.
Add the milk and sunflower oil and continue beating with the whisk.
In the bowl with the flour, add the baking powder, a pinch of salt and the 2 vanillins.
Sift them into the mixture and mix very well to incorporate the ingredients together.
After the mixture becomes uniform, add the zest of 1 orange.
Grease a 30x20 cm mold and add the mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven on the heating elements for 30-35 minutes at 170 c.
In a 20 cm saucepan pour the water, sugar and orange juice and boil for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from the heat and while it is boiling, pour it over the hot cake.
Syrup evenly all over the surface and set aside.
In a glass bowl pour chopped milk couverture and add the boiling milk.
Leave it for 1 minute and then mix very well to melt the couverture.
Add the icing on top of the syrupy cake all over the surface.
Leave it to cool at room temperature and then put it in the fridge for 1 hour.


The Chocolate Pie is ready so fragrant and fluffy that you will continue to make it !! Your guests and your family will be thrilled
