Good morning my friends, a hot soup is the best antidote for cold winter, what do you think ?? Let’s create this together
Ingredients
1 kg calf knuckle or ribs
1 whole onion
2 medium onions, coarsely chopped
3 large potatoes, coarsely chopped
4 medium carrots cut into slices
1/4 bunch of chopped celery
1 bay leaf
1/2 cup olive oil
salt
freshly ground pepper
1 1/2 liters of lukewarm water
1 teaspoon soup flour
juice from a medium lemon

Preparation
1. Wash and wipe the calf. Pass it through the flour and shake off the excess. Heat the olive oil in a deep saucepan. Saute until golden brown on all sides. Add the coarsely chopped onion and celery and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour the lukewarm water and cover the whole onion with the lid and simmer for 1 hour.
2. Then add the remaining vegetables, salt, pepper and bay leaf and continue cooking with the pot covered for another 30 to 40 minutes (your vegetables have boiled).
3. Serve hot with a little lemon juice and freshly ground pepper.
