Good morning my friends, I know this is a photograph can make anyone saliva run to floor .
Don’t worry, we will do this together

Ingredients

For the burger:

600 gr. ground beef [with a little fat]
2 medium onions, finely chopped
1 grated tomato
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh butter
Salt Pepper

For the hamburger / cheeseburger filling:

3 slices of toast cheese [preferably cheddar]
1 tight sliced tomato
3 leaves of lettuce heart
3 hamburger buns
3 slices of bacon
Sauce with: 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. ketchup, 1 tbsp. chopped onion, 1 tbsp. chopped pickled cucumber

Preparation

Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion for a while until it "shines". Stirring, add the sugar. Season with balsamic vinegar.
Knead the minced meat, the grated tomato, salt, pepper and the onion of the pan together with its sauce. We shape three big burgers. Grease a pan with butter and when it burns well, place the burgers, first for 1 ′ on high heat and then on medium. Bake for about 3′-4 από on each side (depending on their thickness) being careful to keep them juicy.
Before removing them, place a slice of cheese on each of them, which will begin to melt from the heat. We keep them on a plate covered. Fry the bacon in the same pan [if you prefer to put bacon].
Cut the buns in half and place them in the same pan with the cut side down, baking until golden brown. Put in each bun a burger with its cheese, [If we want we can sauté and caramelize with a little sugar and a few slices of onion], a piece of lettuce, a little sauce, a slice of tomato, again sauce and cover with the other half of the bread. Serve immediately.

Enjoy your meal

Stay safe and healthy my friends and take care of your people

My best wishes from Greece
