Good morning my friends, very light and delicious dessert option for today , really nice .
Let’s do it together step by step


3/4 cup glazed rice or carolina
1 pinch of salt
2 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
5 cups fresh milk
1/4 tbsp. beaten mastic
2 full tablespoons corn flour
cinnamon for sprinkling



First we rinse the rice two to three times!
Let's go boil it! In a large saucepan, put 2 to 2 τζ cups of water and as soon as it starts to boil, add the rice and boil for 10 minutes. The mixing is continuous! Do not stick the rice… !!!
It's time to add the milk! Caution! We do not throw it all away but we hold a cup to dissolve the caster powder or the cornflower. So add the milk, sugar and vanilla! Stir well to dissolve the sugar and cook for another 5 minutes!
In a bowl, put the milk we kept, 4 to 5 tablespoons of caster powder or the cornflower and "beat" them with the wire to become a body, a soul !!!
Add it to the above mixture and stir constantly until it boils! (3 to 4 minutes). When it boils, remove the pot from the heat, divide it into cups, add cinnamon and wait for it to cool !!! The whole process will take about 20 minutes.
