Good morning my friends and happy week , family today ask for chicken pie , so I did it .
Let’s see the preparation together

Ingredients

For the filling of the chicken pie

1 fillet or 1 tbsp. chicken breast cooked and chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
2 sliced onions
2 large grated carrots
2 colored peppers (sliced)
2 fr. chopped onions
2 tbsp parsley
200 grams. cheese or gruyere
1/2 cup strained yogurt
1 beaten egg
salt
pepper
1 pinch of nutmeg

Preparation

Heat a little of the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion, garlic and peppers until soft. Add the mushrooms and sauté for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and quench with the wine. Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the chicken and allow the mixture to cool.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180oC and mix the melted butter with the rest of the olive oil. Butter a very narrow pan. Spread the half leaves one by one with the mixture you prepared and with the help of a brush.

Add the eggs, feta cheese and parsley to the taste and mix well. Spread the filling evenly over the leaves and cover the pie with the remaining leaves which you also spread with the melted butter and olive oil.

Using a sharp knife, carve the pie into holes. Spread the yolk mixture on the surface of the pie and sprinkle with the sesame.

Bake the pie in the oven for an hour or until it turns reddish. The first half hour you have it covered with foil so that it does not get colored quickly. Serve the pie hot by cutting into holes

Stay safe and healthy my friends and take care of your people
