Good morning my friends , a very very special recipe for today, let’s do this together

 

Ingredients

2 potatoes
minimal olive oil

 

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 160-170 degrees in the air and spread oil glue on 2-3 plates

Wash the potatoes very well. If we want, we leave them with the peels, otherwise we clean them

Cut them into very thin slices with the mandolin

Rinse them too much under running water and stirring them with your hands to remove the starch

When the water is transparent we stop

Dry them with absorbent paper as much as possible and place them one by one, without touching each other.

Sprinkle with a little olive oil - I used the special vaporizer. Alternatively, with a brush, put little or no oil in each potato. Now add the salt because after baking it will not stick

Bake in the bottom of the oven for 25-30 minutes (depending on the size and humidity). They do not need turning and you can put together 2 sheets (but low)
