Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, cut into small cubes 4x4

150 gr. white mushrooms, cut into thin vertical slices

200 gr. cream, complete

100 ml white wine

250 ml chicken broth

½ κ.σ. tarragon, grated

2 tbsp. thyme

Olive oil

Salt

Pepper

 

 

Preparation

Put a deep pan on medium heat, add a little olive oil and let it burn. Place the chicken and sauté it until it gets a golden color.

Then add the mushrooms and continue sautéing for another 2-3 minutes. Then quench with white wine and wait until the alcohol evaporates.

Pour the chicken broth, season with salt and pepper, add the tarragon, thyme, lower the heat and let it simmer until the liquids evaporate completely.

Then pour the cream and let it set with the food.

Remove the pan from the heat and serve.
