Good morning my friends, I am pretty sure that you will be in love with today’s recipe , let’s do the magic together


Ingredients for 4 people (20 donuts)

200 gr. flour for all uses

1 cup lukewarm water

1 tbsp. sugar

1 sachet of dry yeast

1 tbsp. vinegar

1 liter of sunflower oil for frying

5 tbsp. greek flower honey

 

For garnish

Cinnamon

White sesame

 

Preparation

In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, yeast, slowly add the water and stir constantly with the whisk, in circular motions. Add the vinegar and continue to mix until the mixture is homogeneous. Cover the bowl with a clean towel and leave the dough to rise at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes.


In a saucepan with sunflower oil over high heat, pour the donut dough. With a wet spoon, take a quantity of the dough and pour it gently into the oil. The donuts sink and immediately emerge. Stir constantly until they turn brown on all sides.


Technique by hand: With the left palm we take a quantity from the dough and we press our fist so that the porridge comes out of the thumb, with the help of the wet spoon we cut the quantity and we pour in the oil.


Using a slotted spoon, remove the donuts and place them on kitchen paper. Serve and pour over with honey. Garnish with cinnamon and sesame seeds.
