    Good morning my friends, let’s together create a magnificent pie step by step

    Ingredients

    For the chicken pie

    1,450 gr. chicken pie filling
    2 sheets of puff pastry
    1 pc. Yolk
    4 gr. white sesame
    For the filling (for 1,450 gr.)

    160 gr. dried onion, in strips
    80 g leek, in strips
    260 gr. mushrooms, sliced
    45 gr. green pepper, in strips
    45 gr. red pepper, in strips
    50 gr. flour
    100 gr. chicken broth
    170 gr. whipping cream
    450 gr. chicken breast sauteed, cut into fibers
    50 gr. onion green part green, sliced
    25 gr. thyme
    10 gr. parsley
    100 gr. cream cheese
    100 gr. gruyere
    50 gr. frumenty
    100 gr. olive oil
    salt
    fresh grated black pepper


    Preparation

    Lightly grease the pan. Spread a sheet of puff pastry and distribute it evenly so that it touches the bottom and the walls of the pan. Cut the excess puff pastry around the perimeter and add the filling to the inside of the pan. With a fork we make holes in the second sheet and cover the pan. Cut the excess puff pastry around the perimeter and fold the sheet at the edges of the pan inwards, creating a uniform closure.

    With a fork we make holes in the surface of the pie.

    Dilute the yolks with water and with the help of a brush spread the surface of the chicken pie.

    Sprinkle the whole surface of the pie with white sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° C for about 30 '.

    For the filling (for 1,450 gr.)

    In a saucepan add olive oil and over medium heat sweat the onion with the leek and cook for about 5 minutes. In the same pot, increase the heat and sauté the mushrooms until they get a nice color. Lightly salt and after the onion and leek have softened, add the peppers and sauté for another 2 minutes. Add the flour and mix very well so as to create a tight texture in our mixture and to absorb all the liquids in the pot. Add the chicken broth, cream, mix well and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat. Add the chicken and the rest of the ingredients, turn off the heat and stir until the cheese is well melted and all the ingredients are incorporated into the filling. Taste in salt and correct if necessary. Flavor with fresh grated black pepper.
