Good morning my friends, a traditional recipe for today that we use in Greece eat it at Easter but I like it so much and I cook it all the time of year ;)

Ingredients
1 liver Agnmarket-meat
Intestines
1 cup Pure Oil
2 lettuce, finely chopped
10 chopped fresh onions
1 chopped onion
1 cup rice
3 eggs
2 lemons
Dill (optional)
- Execution -
Wash the liver and intestines very well. Then pour them all together in boiling water, scald them and discard the first water. Fill the pot again and continue cooking. Once cooked, finely chop the intestines and liver into cubes.
Then put the oil in a saucepan to heat. Add the onions, dry and fresh and lightly fry the pieces of liver and intestines. Add the lettuce and dill and then 4 cups water and season with salt and pepper.
Lower the heat and simmer. Once they boil, add the rice. When everything is ready, turn off the heat, beat the egg whites into a soft meringue and the yolks separately. Squeeze the lemons, add the yolks to the meringue and beat. Add a little lemon juice and then a little juice from the cook, beating quickly and constantly. When you have put enough, throw it all together in the pot and shake lightly to go the eggnog everywhere.
