Good morning my friends, so longtime ago for a nice pie , so today I decide to do it , let’s do it together

Ingredients

1 packet of crust sheet
3/4 cup olive oil
For the filling

1 kg spinach washed and drained
2 large leeks (the tender part only
we keep the rest for broths)
1 bunch of spring onions with their leaves
1 bunch of chopped dill
1 bunch of cauliflowers and myrons
1 bunch of fresh mint
300 g feta cheese (crumb)
2 tbsp. salt
3/4 cup olive oil


Preparation

We start making the vegetable pie with feta cheese and crust sheet, first washing and draining all the herbs and spices in a colander.

Finely chop them in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. We mix it and let it stand for 15΄-20΄, to get out its liquids. Then we squeeze them in our palms, to wither and expel as much fluid as possible. The filling will be reduced to half its volume.

Add the feta cheese and grated pepper.

Grease a 36 cm shallow pan, spread one sheet at a time and pour a little olive oil on each one separately. Put 6 leaves at the bottom. Pour in the filling and pour over the olive oil. Cover with the remaining leaves, strained, sprinkling one by one with olive oil. Twist the edges of the leaves.

Cut the green pie into pieces, sprinkle with a little water and a little oil. Bake in resistance on the last grill, at 180oC, for 1 hour.
