Good morning my friends, is there anyone love donuts???? This is the most easy recipe for you to create it at your home . Let’s do it together

Ingredients

60 gr. butter
1¼ flitz. tea (250 ml) milk
1 can of vanilla powder
2 eggs, preferably organic
80 gr. sugar
1 sachet of dry yeast
650 gr. flour for all uses
Plenty of seed oil (preferably organic) for frying

For serving
plenty of granulated sugar or melted couverture

 


Preparation

Step 1
Heat the butter lightly in a saucepan until it just melts. Add the milk and vanilla powder and mix well. I pour the mixture into the mixer bucket (preferably in a bench mixer), beat the mixer for a while on low speed and, gradually, add the eggs, sugar and yeast one by one. I change the mixer part and adjust the "hook" part, suitable for doughs. Gradually add the flour and continue beating, until the dough I will make comes off the walls of the bucket.
STEP 2
Cover the bowl with a transparent film and leave it in a warm place for at least 1½ hour, until the dough rises. A suitable place is somewhere away from air currents and near a radiator or in front of a balcony door (closed) that is "hit" by the sun. When the dough rises well, transfer it to a lightly floured surface and, with my fist, gently press the center of the dough to remove the excess air.
STEP 3
I open the dough with the rolling pin in a relatively thick sheet, with a thickness of 2 cm. I take a round cup (or a saucer of coffee), with a diameter of 9 cm and I cut 6 dough disks. With a smaller cup (or with a shotgun) I cut a smaller dough tray, in the center of each larger tray. Thus, each large disk will have a hole in the middle.
STEP 4
Heat plenty of olive oil over medium heat, in a deep saucepan, until well combined. I pour the dough washers one by one in the hot oil, to swim, and I fry them for 2 minutes on each side, until they are moderately browned and puffed. Drain the donuts on absorbent paper towels.
STEP 5
To serve them, I can pass them with plenty of granulated sugar on both sides (our well-known donut) or pour them with melted couverture.
