Good morning my friends and happy Sunday, let’s create a classic Sunday meal for today


For the minced meat
1/2 kilo of minced pork
1 large onion
1 egg
2 slices of bread
1 cup of brown red wine
1 teaspoon cumin
Chopped parsley
Salt, pepper, cinnamon

For the sauce
1 large onion
4-5 tomatoes very cooked
Salt, pepper, cinnamon
1 teaspoon kimono
2 cloves garlic


I put all the minced meat ingredients except the bread and the toast and stir to combine.
I put my bread without Kora on a plate and I wet it with my wine.
Add it to the minced meat and stir, add as much toast as needed.
I shape them into small rolls like meatballs and fry them.
I cut my onion into slices and finely chop my garlic, I fry them with a little oil to get color.
I add my grated tomatoes to my spices and if we want we add ready paste
Boil for a few minutes, add and add 1 cup of our soutzoukaki. brown water and bake simply to bind the sauce.
Serve with rice or french fries
