Good morning my friends, delicious recipe for today , for your eyes only . Let’s do it

Ingredients

4 large chicken fillets
1 teaspoon olive oil (for breading)
2 eggs
500 g grated parmesan
grated bread or toast
3 cloves garlic
chopped parsley (for garnish)
200 g rice for risotto
80 g butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
Salt Pepper
hot water (for the sauce)
500 g champignon mushrooms
250 g sour cream
salt, black
freshly chopped pepper
chopped parsley

Execution

1. Grate the bread or breadcrumbs with the garlic and parsley in the blender.

2. Spread the mixture on a large plate.

3. In a deep dish, beat the eggs. In another plate, spread the grated parmesan.

4. Pass the chicken fillets first from the egg and its 2 sides, then the parmesan (press it to go everywhere) and finally from the bread crumbs mixture.

5. In a pan with a little oil, cook the chicken schnitzels. Once they are ready, we put them aside.

6. Fry the onion in a saucepan. Once it gets colored and soft, add the rice and fry a little. Then, add the hot water, salt and pepper and let it boil over medium heat. When the rice is done, remove from the heat, add the butter and leave it to rest.

7. In a pan, fry the mushrooms with a little olive oil until they eliminate their liquids. Lower the heat and add the cream, salt and pepper. Once the cream has set a little, add the parsley and after 2 '- 3' remove from the heat.

8. Serve the schnitzel on each plate, next to it the rice and pour the cream on top. Good appetite!

I hope you enjoy this
