400 gr. flour for all uses
4 gr. dry yeast
Warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt



In a bowl sift the flour, make a puddle, add the sugar, yeast and 100 ml. lukewarm water.
Cover with cling film and leave for 10 minutes in a warm place.

Preheat the oven to 60 ° C for 10 minutes and then turn it off.
Lightly mix the ingredients we added to the bowl. Dissolve in 120 ml. water the salt and add it gradually while kneading.
Knead the dough for 3 consecutive minutes.

In a round medium bowl, spread a clean linen towel and sprinkle with flour.
Place the dough we prepared inside and cover tightly with cling film. Leave the bowl in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Turn the bread over on a baking tray or baking tray.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C and another 8-10 at 200 ° C.
