Ingredients

Wholemeal toast bread.
Boiled or smoked turkey.
Toast cheese with low fat.
Mayonnaise light. (Alternatively, if we do not like mayonnaise, we can use mustard, ketchup or any other low fat sauce).
Lettuce.
Tomato.
Potatoes (about 2-3 medium).
1 tablespoon olive oil.
Garlic and onion powder.
Salt Pepper.


Preparation

Peel and chop the potatoes as you would if we fried them.
Spread them with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, sprinkle with garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper.
Put the potatoes in the oven at 200 ° C in the air, and bake for 30 minutes.
Bake 3 slices of toast bread (in the toaster or toaster), and spread them with mayonnaise.
In the first slice we put toast cheese and 1 slice of tomato.
Cover with the second slice of toast, and add the turkey and lettuce.
Finally, close with the third slice of bread, and cut the club into four pieces.
We accompany our club with potatoes.
