Good morning my friends, the man that create this delicious chicken for the very first time , is my best friend for sure ;) ….. let’s see how will do it

Ingredients

1 chicken skinned, with its skin (ask your butcher)

6 slices of cheese

6 slices of ham

1 Florin pepper, cut into vertical thin slices

2 tbsp. thyme, finely chopped

2 tbsp. rosemary, finely chopped

1 tbsp. oregano, dry

Salt

Pepper

Olive oil


Preparation

Spread the chicken on the workbench, cut the breast and bring it inwards, so that we have a flatter surface.

Then, oil it, season it with salt and pepper and place the cheese first and then the ham in layers.

Immediately after, spread the peppers in the center of the chicken and sprinkle with oregano, thyme and rosemary.

Then, roll the chicken, close the edges a little and tie it with cooking string very well so that it does not open.

Then, fill a baking tray with water, cover it with a grill and place the chicken on it.

Then, cover the roll with greaseproof paper and aluminum foil and bake on the middle grill in a preheated oven at 220 ° C in air for 1 hour and 20 minutes. For the last 20-25 minutes, uncover the chicken and let it take on color.

Once it is ready, remove the cooking string, cut it into pieces and serve with baked potatoes ..
