1 onion mashed
1/2 chopped Florina red peppers
1/2 chopped yellow pepper or 1 medium carrot, finely grated
20 gr. corn flour
50 gr. toast crumb
1 tbsp. mustard powder
1/2 tbsp. yellow curry
2 tbsp parmesan
1 egg
4 tbsp sour cream or light evaporated milk
1 tbsp chopped parsley
green pepper
sunflower oil for molding



In a large bowl, pour the minced meat and create a puddle in the center, add the egg and sour cream, the onion drained of its liquids and peppers. Add salt, pepper, curry, mustard, parmesan and parsley. At the end, the cornflour and the toast. Work with your hand, kneading the mixture very well.
Cover with a film and leave it in the fridge to mix the flavors and aromas for at least 3-4 hours.
Dip your hands in a little sunflower oil and shape the burgers. Bake in a non-stick skillet or pan in the oven for 35-40 minutes in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. In the grill, bake at first at a high temperature to catch the outer crust of the burger and then lower it. barbecue.
Serve immediately with raw green salad or boiled or with steamed rice. Also my favorite side dish, a corn salad and peeled baby potatoes.
