Good morning my friends, today we will make the most delicious omelette that you ever ate and I promise you if you try this way of cooking you will never try something different at future

Ingredients

3 potatoes peeled and cut into cubes
1 cup of coffee olive oil
1 bunch of spring onions
1-2 zucchini grated on a grater
1 bunch of parsley
150gr. slice
8 eggs
Salt Pepper

Preparation

Boil the potatoes in salted water for 10-15 minutes to soften, being careful not to melt and drain.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions and grated zucchini for 2 minutes. Add the potatoes and mix them in the hot oil, stirring lightly for another minute.

Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the parsley. Place a 28cm oven pan. with a piece of oil paste and pour in the pan mixture.

Beat the eggs with a little water, lightly season with salt and pepper and stir in the feta cheese. Drizzle the contents of the pan with the egg mixture and shake the pan slightly to get the omelette everywhere. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until the omelette is reddish.

Unbake it and transfer it together with the paper to a plate. Pull the paper if you want, cut into triangles and serve.

PLEASE TRY THIS !!!!!!!

Stay safe and healthy my friends and take care of your people

My best wishes from Greece
