Foodbook #594 Shrimp Linguine Pasta

Good morning my friends, today I decide to create something very good one day before the weekend . Let’s do this together step by step

500 gr. Lasagna

10 shrimp
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tbsp. sweet paprika
1/2 tbsp. bukovo
1 large onion grated on a grater
2-3 cloves of garlic melted
1 large red Florin pepper cut into cubes
40 ml ouzo
400 gr. crushed tomato
1 tbsp. dried oregano
1 tbsp. sugar
Salt Pepper
chopped parsley

1. Heat the olive oil in a wide non-stick pan, add the paprika and the boukovo and stir.
2. Saute the shrimp in olive oil for one minute on each side.
Add salt and pepper and then remove the shrimp from the pan.
3. In the same pan, add the onion, garlic and pepper and stir until well oiled.
If necessary, I add olive oil.
4. Then I add the ouzo and as soon as the alcohol evaporates, I add the tomato, the oregano, the sugar and I add salt and pepper.
Boil the sauce for about 5 minutes on high heat until it is melted and as soon as it is ready, I put the shrimp in the pan again.
5. Meanwhile, in boiling salted water I throw the pasta and boil them al dente.
Once they are ready, I strain them and sprinkle them with a little olive oil.
6. Serve the shrimp spaghetti and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

I hope you try this and send me your feedback , I really wait. ;)

Stay safe and healthy my friends and take care of your people

My best wishes from Greece
