Good morning my friends, a nice salad for today I create for the very first time, let’s see if this could be a great option


Ingredients

4 large tomatoes
4 large fresh figs (optional in season)
2 balls of mozzarella
1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves
4 slices of prosciutto cut lengthwise
freshly ground pepper

For the sauce

4 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. balsamic
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of sugar


Preparation

For the caprese salad, first slice the tomatoes. In the same way, cut the figs and the mozzarella into slices. We alternate the tomato, mozzarella, fig like a fan on an open plate. Sprinkle with fresh basil leaves.

Garnish with prosciutto and add freshly ground pepper. Beat the olive oil, the balsamic, the salt and the sugar in a bowl. Pour the caprese with the sauce at the last minute.

Easy and fast, I hope you try this cause I must say it was perfect!!!
