Good morning my friends, today I decide to create a very delicious salad with ingredients left over from Easter , let’s see the results


5-6 large leaves of curly lettuce
2 large tomatoes
1 large cucumber
1/4 kilo of paris or ham (depending on everyone's taste)
300-400 g grated gouda
3 eggs
Ingredients for the sauce
7-8 full tablespoons of mayonnaise
7-8 full tablespoons of ketchup
a little oil (about 3-4 tablespoons)
a little vinegar (about 3-4 tablespoons)
a pinch of salt


Put the eggs for boiling.
After we wash and dry our vegetables well, we cut them into pieces (like we would cut our village salad) and put them in the salad bowl.
Cut the paris (or ham) into small cubes and throw them in the salad bowl.
Add the grated cheese and mix so that all our ingredients are evenly distributed.
After we have mixed well, on the top of the salad bowl we place the boiled eggs cut in four each.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce together and pour it on the surface of the salad bowl to cover all the ingredients.
