Good morning my friends, do you like seafood??? I promise you will love it after this recipe , let’s do this

Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 chopped spring onions
2 tablespoons grated ginger
The juice of 1/2 lemon
1 lemon cut into thin slices
4 medium red mullets about 1 kg all cleaned together
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup olive oil

Preparation

Delicious and juicy baked fish for your lunch

Wash the red mullets well and wipe lightly with kitchen paper.
Season the red mullets with salt and pepper and lightly grease them with a little olive oil, leave them to cool for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a pyrex. Layer the fish in the pyrex and cover with the lemon juice, putting a few slices of lemon on top of each fish. Mix the ginger with the parsley, the chopped spring onions, season with salt and pepper and distribute the mixture over each fish.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes and serve immediately.
