Good morning my friends, another adorable recipe for today i like to eat very often, let’s do it

Ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil
1 chopped onion
1 large sliced carrot
4-5 potatoes (about 1.5 kg) peeled and cut into thick slices
1/4 cup tomato paste (what it says double concentrate) or a cup of grated ripe tomatoes
1 teaspoon sugar
4 cups frozen peas (about 800 gr)
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped dill

Preparation

Put the olive oil, onion and carrot in a saucepan and light the eye at a moderate temperature. Stir until the onion is translucent.
Add the potatoes, tomato, salt and pepper. Fill with enough water to almost cover the food and bring to a boil.
Lower the temperature so that the food is simmering and cover with the lid. Cook for 25 minutes or until potatoes are easily pierced with a fork.
Add the peas, parsley and dill and mix gently. Cover the pot again and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
