Good morning my friends, a special soup for all of you today very delicious and healthy, let’s try this together
350gr. dried beans, medium
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger soup
2 teaspoons hot curry soup
2 medium onions, finely chopped
500ml chicken broth (1 cube)
4-5 cardamom seeds
Soak the beans overnight in plenty of water. Drain and discard the water. Put them in a saucepan and as soon as they boil, drain them again and discard the water.
Put them back in the pot, cover them with enough water and as soon as they start to boil, lower the heat and simmer for 40-50 minutes, until soft. When slightly cooled, add half the broth and beat in the multi until they become a velvety paste.
In another pot, heat the butter and add the onion, curry, ginger and cardamom. Once the onion starts to soften, remove the cardamom and add the melted beans and the rest of the broth.
Let the soup simmer on low heat for 10 minutes until the aromas are mixed and serve the soup in a bowl, accompanied by Indian bread (naan).
