Good morning my friends, a special food for all of you today, a food I totally prefer to use it like side plate and not for main meal . I totally recommend it, let’s try this

Ingredients

10-12 green sweet peppers [horn] *
250 gr. feta cheese [or 150 gr. feta and 100 gr. cream cheese]
2-3 tomatoes cut into small pieces [without its spores]
1/2 eye chopped parsley
150 gr. chopped bacon or ham [optional]
Salt Pepper
olive oil

Preparation

Wash the peppers and cut, on the side that is their stalk, a piece like a lid. Remove their seeds and set them aside.
Put the feta in a bowl and rub it with a fork or with your hands. Add the ham or bacon [optional] the tomatoes, 3 tbsp. oil and pepper.
With a small teaspoon or with your hands you take small amounts of the mixture and fill the peppers. [to prevent the filling from spilling during baking, you can fasten the opening of the peppers one by one with a toothpick].
Place the peppers in an oiled pan or pyrex, brush them with oil, sprinkle them with a little salt and bake them in the oven at 190 degrees for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Bake on the grill for the last 10 minutes to get a nice color.
