Good morning my friends, today I got for you an easy way to create this amazing cinnamon rolls at your home, easy and fast , let’s see

Ingredients

butter for spread
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon soup
5 cups + extra for kneading flour that swells on its own
2 cups milk
8 tablespoons melted butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp sweet salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and grease a 22 × 30 cm pan with butter.
In a small bowl, mix half a cup of granulated sugar with the cinnamon.
In a large bowl, mix the flour with the remaining sugar.
Mix two cups of milk with four tablespoons of melted butter, pour the mixture into the flour and mix the ingredients with the spatula.
Flour a work surface, transfer the dough there and knead it with your hands until it softens.
With the rolling pin, open the dough until it becomes a rectangle of about 60 × 25 cm.
Brush two tablespoons of butter into the dough, pour the sugar and cinnamon mixture over the entire surface of the dough and start rolling it into a large roll.
With a knife cut the roll into 15 portions and place the pieces in the buttered pan.
Brush all the rolls with the remaining melted butter.
Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes, until lightly browned and puffed.
In a bowl, mix the powdered sugar with the milk and salt until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the icing over the grilled cinnamon rolls and serve.
